Selected projects nationwide
Our base is Central Otago and most of our work is in Queenstown and Wānaka, building for architects and for clients who will not accept a compromise. We take a small number of projects elsewhere in New Zealand each year, on the same terms.
We assess the project before committing. Travel changes the economics of a job, so it has to be the right project — usually a full architectural fit-out rather than a single room.
Travel, accommodation and site logistics are organised by us and quoted as a single mobilisation line. You are not asked to book anything, and you are not asked to price anything line by line.
We work in continuous blocks rather than returning every few weeks, so the programme is predictable and the mobilisation is paid once.
Family comes with us
On a job long enough to keep the team away from home, their families travel with them. We are not willing to send someone away from their children for weeks at a time, and a crew that is not homesick does better work. It sits inside the mobilisation figure rather than being negotiated job by job.

We do the whole build-up, not the visible part of it: screed, waterproofing, self-levelling, underfloor heating, tile, epoxy grout, sealant and silicone. On a project that travels, that matters more than anywhere — coordinating four trades at distance is how programmes slip and how responsibility gets lost.
One team arrives, and the wet areas are finished when it leaves.
