What these terms cover

These terms apply to this website and nothing else. They are not the contract for any tiling work. That contract is a separate written agreement between you and us, and nothing on this website replaces it, adds to it or overrides it.

The content here is information, not an offer

We describe how we work and what we install as accurately as we can. Every project is different, and what suits one room may be wrong for yours. Nothing here is advice for your specific job — that comes after we have seen it.

Any figure published on this site, including any indication of what projects typically start from, is an indication and not a quote. A quote is a document we write for your project, and only that document binds us.

The photographs

Photographs on this site are of work we installed. They show finished rooms, and the materials in them were chosen by the client or their designer. They are here to show the standard of the installation, not to promise a particular material, product or result on your job.

Standards we name

Where we name a standard or a Building Code clause, we mean that it is what we build to. Naming a standard is not a certification, and it is not a statement on behalf of any manufacturer or certifying body.

Links out

This site links to other websites, including a manufacturer and a news report. We do not control them and we are not responsible for what they say or do.

Our material

The text, photographs and design of this site belong to us. You are welcome to link to it or quote it with credit. Please do not reuse our project photographs as though they were your own work.

Your rights as a consumer

If you engage us as a consumer, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies to our work. Nothing on this site limits those rights, and nothing on this site is intended to.
